Robyn Whitlock founded Reality Hill Designs in 2011 after many years of embroidering her daughter's saddle pads for local horse shows. Robyn quickly expanded into the Northern California market with her high-quality embroidery, quick turn-around time, and attention to detail. Since then, and with the help of her daughter Lauren, the business has grown and continues to pick up more clients and partners.

ROBYN WHITLOCK
Robyn is the founder of the company. She will help process the orders once the apparel and accessories have been selected. She works behind the scenes to ensure that every detail is perfect, down to each thread. Robyn is a proud mom and has been a supporter of her daughter Lauren and the competitive equestrian world for more than 20 years.

LAUREN WHITLOCK RORER
Lauren is the best point of contact for all inquiries and new clients. She will help develop your custom apparel packages and will place orders for embroidery and branding. Being an active competitor on the equestrian circuit, Lauren assures all team apparel and accessories are high-quality and functional.

KELLY ROBLES
Kelly keeps things running smoothly from start to finish. She manages a wide range of client projects, making sure every order is on track, every item is in stock, and everything gets where it needs to go—on time and with care. She also helps create graphic marketing materials for social media and builds client websites, blending creativity with efficiency to support each brand’s unique voice. With a self-directed approach and great energy, Kelly brings focus and momentum to every part of the process.
